How Did Ki.La.Sa Creations Begin?
Crafting has always been a creative output. As a Girl Scout, I began making wooden birdhouses, dioramas, and cardboard playhouses in elementary school. In Jr. High school, I had reconstructive surgery to correct my bowed legs from rickets. While in the hospital, I learned to make ceramics, needlepoint, painting, and poetry. When I eventually returned to Jr. High School, I took a woodshop class and learned to make holders, dispensers, and other fun items.
I enjoy making jewelry and home décor! I fell in love with making resin jewelry and games. Making jewelry is the perfect hybrid of science and fashion. Making games is a hybrid of science and entertainment. Blending the epoxy and pigments or painting the pigments on the mold has to be the best part of the process.
As you can see, I enjoy the arts. Hehe. I once read a quote: Find what you love and love what you find. Art is what I love, and I present to you my creations. Hopefully, you will love what you find.
With Love. In Peace. From The Soul.
